This custom-designed, all stainless steel cheese knife is perfect for 'rolling' through cheese, rather than cutting as with normal knives. The thick, curved head allows you to put the point down and then roll the blade through the cheese, giving you a perfectly clean cut.

Unlike wire cheese slicers, this knife works just as well on soft/sticky or hard cheeses.
